This exceptionally comfortable hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. All of the property's staff are very amiable. - It has a nice location and free parking if needed. - Overall good food, plus there are tapas close by.

The hotel was in a nice and excellent position very close to movie theater, more locations, shops & restaurants, and San José.

During our recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana, I had a very positive experience with the airport pick-up service. Just like the other guest mentioned in the database, we called the hotel to arrange a pick-up from the Domestic Terminal in San Jose. The staff member assured me that a taxi would be sent to retrieve us, even though we were a group of four with multiple pieces of luggage. After a little wait, the taxi driver arrived and directed us to the main terminal, where his car was parked. However, due to limited space, he couldn't fit our luggage in his sedan.

Nice building and rooms with the best air conditioner. Excellent setting, near restaurants and bars. Based in a very nice area.

The breakfast here is amazing, with plenty of food options 🍳. the rooms are a nice size and feel luxurious, plus they have all the essentials you need like a minibar, personal safe, and multi-channel television right there for you.

I got amazing value for my money at this hotel - the room was spacious and comfortable, and the entire building was clean and well-maintained. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff treated me with kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering more freshly made pastries or cakes, and including cappuccino in the breakfast without an additional charge.

Modern rooms that are super clean with awesome mountain views. They come with a personal safe, cool climate control, and a big flat-screen TV 🏞️.

The hotel was modern and the stuff excellent, convenient location in front of the domestic terminal. The a double room we were given had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

The staff here are really friendly, and the service is excellent; I had a great time, especially in my suite.
